A colorful flag or pennant attracts attention, brings color to the occasion, guides you in the right direction and lifts the mood. As a living surface, the flag and pennant can be seen from afar. With the correct placement of the flagpoles, visibility is achieved, e.g. along traffic routes. An intact and clean company flag is a small but very important part of the overall look and communicates a positive company image. Flag flags and pennants are worn out in full-time 24/7 flagging, depending on the material and weather conditions, 1-3 pcs/pole per year. This should be taken into account when considering the amount of printing. In addition to the material and sewing method, the unit price consists of three variables: the size of the flag or pennant, the number of printing colors and the number of copies of the print. < p>Materials
Flag flags and –pennants are made of 100% polyester. The flag material cannot be infinitely thick because a heavy flag or pennant does not fly on the pole and printing ink through thick material is not possible.
Flag polyesters weigh 100-160 gr/m2. Knits are more flexible than fabrics, and their printing properties and color penetration are better than traditional woven fabrics.
Printing methods
Flags and pennants are either screen printed or digitally printed through the knit. On the reverse side, the print is a mirror image.
Sewing
Flags and pennants are sewn all the way around with a two-needle machine, the corners are locked and equipped with quick connectors suitable for the counterparts of the flagpole cords.
Life cycle
Flag and pennant lifespan significantly affects the total costs.
The most common and cheapest flag material is flag knitting, the long-term average consumption of which is 2-3 flags or pennants/pole per year. Our most durable flag material is Mesh, which lasts 2-3 times longer in use than flag knit. Thanks to the longer exchange interval, the total cost of ticketing is reduced even though the purchase price of Mesh is higher. The total cost of ticketing should be approached from the perspective of > flagging cost/pole/year, if and when you want the flag to look good throughout the year. Mesh is by far the most cost-effective material for full-time flagging.
However, it must be noted that in extreme conditions, with a strong storm wind, the flag can be damaged in an instant, regardless of what material it is made of. There is no absolute length to the life cycle of an individual flag or pennant because the duration is affected by many external factors, e.g. amount of wind, air pollutants and sunlight. The flag can be washed at 60°C in a multi-wash.
Advertising banners
Advertising banners are produced in both horizontal and vertical models. As a rule of thumb, the height of the horizontal flag is 1/6 of the height of the pole and the height of the vertical flag is 1/3 of the height of the pole. E.g. for a 9-meter block The recommended ticket sizes are 150x245 or 300x120 cm. If the flagged objects have poles of different sizes, it is advisable to combine the sizes of the flags. For example, an 8-9 meter and a 10-12 meter pole use the same ticket size. Salko tickets are used in full-time 24/7 flagging, depending on the material and weather conditions, 1-3 pcs/pole per year. This should be taken into account when considering the amount of printing. In addition to the material and the sewing method, the unit price consists of three variables: the size of the flag or pennant, the number of printing colors and the number of copies of the edition.
