What file formats can be imported into the creation tool?
The following file formats can be imported into the creation template:
pdf
jpg
png
svg
(eps)
(ai)
Eps is becoming quite an outdated file format and it doesn't always repeat either device independent. Why don't we recommend the ai (Adobe Illustrator) file format? It can be thought that the ai file format is necessary because it can contain information that is not transferred in other file formats. On the other hand, it can be thought that the ai format's way of storing the same information in many different ways - for example, pdf is always included in an ai file - only reflects a lazy programming architecture and at worst produces enormously large files that approach environmental crime. We are of the opinion that normally there is no reason to use ai files but they can be replaced with pdf files.
I want to make 60 kitchen towels but with three different pictures, i.e. 20 of each. How is the pricing going?
If you use our creation tool, you can make as many motifs as you want. The price always depends on the total quantity.

If you want to work with bleeds, it is easiest to make the material 1:10 (10%) size with 5 mm bleeds.
Which way is the file printed with metric material, does it have to be done for the entire width of the fabric?
Basic square file = the repeating part of the pattern is enough for material. When viewed on the screen, the warp goes vertically and the weft horizontally, The file is printed on the fabric this way (see oheinen kuva).
Deliver possible marginal texts as a separate file. A resolution of 150-200 dpi is sufficient for images
1:1, i.e. 100% in size.
Always make the basic frame to the correct final size. The basic screen must not contain no bleeds, frames, etc. that are not intended to be visible on the canvas.
If you want to work with bleeds, its easiest to do the material in 1:10 (10%) size with 5 mm bleeds.
There is no need for cutmarks.
Do i need to make the print file as wide as the fabric?
The repeatable file is only needed.
Deliver possible side texts as a separate file. The resolution should be 150-200 dpi in 1:1 (100%) size.
Make the repeatable file always in its final size. There can be no bleeds, frames or anything that should be wisible on the ready made fabric.
What size of text is readable in a 3 meter wide banner?
A rule of fist is that the size of the text needs to be half of the wieving distance. for example a banner seen from 10 meters away should have text atleast 5 cm high.
