Everyone has the right to flagg the finnish flag when when deemed appropriate. The Finnish flag is raised at 8 am and is taken down when the sun goes down however, no later than at 21.
On the day of the Finnish flag: The flag is risen on midsummer eve at 18 o'clock and taken down on midsummer day at 21 o'clock.
